Please find our new web site more entertaining and easier to browse and follow, it took a few months, on and off to do this website we hope all the members enjoy. Many hours of hard work have gone into making U.K.SUPERTRUCKS the pictures have took long enough to get hold of, the work on the trucks have took these people many months and some times years to get ready but there work has finally paid off with these great pictures of the U.K.SUPERTRUCKS. as you can see there are parts on this website that have come from the old one this site has just been updated. We are trying to get new members and more people involved so if you feel you have spare time on your hands fill out one of our application forms, or just turn up at one off the shows and come and talk to the other members of the club.

Although there are many types of active 4x4 clubs in this country these days, U.K.SUPERTRUCKS was formed approx fifteen years ago, in the early nineties, especially for customised pick-ups and more importantly, vehicles that have been lifted above their standard height. As a general guide most of the vehicles in the club have larger wheels and tyres, specially designed suspensions, powerful V8 engines and even some fancy paint jobs. All these custom pick-ups must not be confused with the full size monster trucks that you can see on television, crushing cars. At U.K.SUPERTRUCKS, we pride ourselves on being street legal.

There are a wide range of 4x4 vehicles in the club, although the Toyota Hi-Lux is the most popular, there are also some every day cars made monsterous . Each truck has a character of it's own and to finish it off most of them are given a name which is generally descriptive of the truck. Although mainly show trucks some have been over off road courses, through mud runs and even driven over the odd Montego or two!!!! Check out the Photo Gallery for pictures of our Supertrucks.

During the summer, these trucks can be seen at all kinds of events up and down the country. The U.K.SUPERTRUCKS nominated charity is the Make a Wish Foundation who grant wishes for children with life threatening illnesses.
